Anomalous- I’ll use this word a lot.
We don’t hunt ghosts, we seek truth. Our group uses the most advanced seeking technology out there. We discredit almost anything, and if we can’t debunk it, it’s simply anomalous. However, occult often is easy to jump to with some of the things we’ll experience.
I was doing my EVP sessions in the Whispers in Mitchel,IN a few months ago. I was in the Doctor’s room reading the questions off my sheet. I was alone in the room with the door closed, 3 people sitting outside to avoid contamination with the recorders. While I was in there, and you can hear me on the recording, I started to cough and my mouth went dry. OK, so that’s just a fear reaction. basic psychology. But if you’ve ever had a CT with intravenous dye, you’ll know the taste I’m talking about. My mouth began to have the overwhelming taste of iodine and copper, it was awful. I had to mark myself in the EVP session for gagging. I never mentioned it again until our last meeting when we discussed places we’re going to. I mentioned to the head my experience, and although we don’t credit them scientifically, they still happen. It was strange, he looked at me and turns out that is actually a very common occurrence in possession.
Told my boyfriend, and he doesn’t believe me. I’m a sane, stable person. It kills me that he doesn’t believe me that something happened to me.
